My research into typography

What is serif font?
Serif front is where on the letters it has small lines or no lines at the end.
 Name and illustrate an example of a serif font?
An example of serif front is Georgia.

What is a sans-serif font?
Sans serif font in a type of font that doesn't have lines at the end of the letter. sans means without.

An example is Verdana.
 

 What is a script font?
A script font is basely fancy joined up writing.

Display font is when a front used as a main headline or logo.
